摘要
本文从钢导梁的制作入手,论述在多点连续顶推砼箱梁施工过程中,对最不利工况组合下受力进行应力分析,进行承载力和抗倾覆验算;介绍了确保箱梁顶推过程中的限位措施和滑道装置;详细阐述了顶推施工工艺,对顶推过程的技术控制措施进行了探讨。
Staring from the construction of steel launching nose, this article discusses concrete box girder construction by multipoint continuous incremental launching, and conducts stress analysis for load-carrying capability under the worst operating condition, and check calculations of bearing capacity and anti-overturning.Furthermore, it introduces the limit measures and slide device used in pushing box girder.Detailed incremental launching construction and technical control are studied as well.
