摘要
针对目前主流的Li Fe PO4电极存在电导率低、高倍率充放电性能差等问题,提出了一种具有较高的离子与电子传导能力的磷酸锂复合电极,可实现高倍率的充放电功能。通过磁控技术,将无定形态的磷酸锂化合物制备出复合电极,对组装电池性能进行充放电测试,并在电子探针显微镜下对复合电极进行光谱分析,得出结论,无定形态磷酸锂化合物各向异性较低,提高了电极中离子的扩散能力和电子电导率,具有更高的可靠性与更长的循环寿命,提高了锂电池容量。
Low conductivity and poor discharge performance with high rate were the shortcomings of current Li Fe PO4 electrode. One lithium phosphate combination electrode which had high ability of ionic and electronic conduction was put forward to realize the function of high rate charge. Through the magnetic control technology, the lithium phosphate combination electrode preparation was finished and it was assembled as a battery. During the tests of charge and discharge performance of the battery, and the spectrum analysis of combination electrode in electron probe microscope, the conclusion was obtained that the anisotropy of the amorphous lithium phosphate combination electrode was relatively low, which could enhance the electrode in ion diffusion capacity and electronic electrical conductivity and improve the reliability, cycle life and the capacity of lithium battery.
