摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)作为一种清洁高效的分布式新能源,具有广泛的应用前景,但因其输出直流电压随着负载波动幅度较大,必须具备升压稳压功能的高效率电力变换器。选择电压型全桥移相零电压软开关直流变换器作为燃料电池发电系统的升压前级,对此前级直流变换器进行硬件参数计算,采用电压电流双闭环控制结构,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真软件验证所设计的硬件参数和软件算法,使得输出电压能够稳定控制,并且具有较强的抗负载波动能力和较高的转换效率。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) was a kind of clean and efficient distributed new energy with wide application ranges. It was necessary to equip an efficient electrical converter with boost and regulate voltage functions because the output direct current(DC) voltage of PEMFC fluctuates greatly under load changing. A voltage full bridge phase-shifted zero-voltage soft switching DC controller was designed as the fuel cell generation system pre-level boost unit, and then its hardware parameters were calculated and the voltage current double closed loop control structure were developed, finally the hardware parameters and software algorithm were testified in Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation results demonstrate the controlled output voltage was stable, resistant to load fluctuation with high efficiency.
