摘要
采用恒流充放电、循环伏安、SEM等方法研究了不同粘结剂PTFE、SBR、LA-135对铅碳电极电化学性能的影响。结果表明:粘结剂不改变铅碳电极的电化学反应机理,但对电极结构及其保持能力以及充放电电量转换效率有明显影响,不同的粘结剂作用效果不同。其中含PTFE粘结剂的铅碳负极具有良好的电化学性能,3 h率充放电电量转换效率达到95.56%,经过不同倍率80次充放电后,10 h率容量保持率为91.50%。
The effects of different binders PTFE, SBR and LA-135 on the electrochemical properties of Pb-C negative electrode were investigated by linear sweep voltammetry, constant current charge-discharge and SEM tests. Test results show that the binders had significant influence on the hold ability of electrode structure and charge-discharge efficiency without changing the electrochemical reaction mechanism. The effect of different binders was diverse. The PTFE played a positive role in the electrochemical performance. In the experiment, for the electrodes containing the binder of PTFE, the charge-discharge efficiency reached 95.56% at I3; after 80 cycles at different rates, the capacity retention rate retained 91.50% when discharged at I10.
