摘要
[目的]寻找较高杀虫活性的吡唑酰胺类化合物并进行结构优化。[方法]设计合成一系列含有苯基吡唑结构的吡唑酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成了11个结构新颖的含苯基吡唑的吡唑酰胺类化合物,结构经过1H NMR和有机元素分析确证,并进行了杀虫活性测试研究。[结论]杀虫活性测试结果表明:部分目标化合物对小菜蛾和东方黏虫具有较好的杀虫活性,值得进一步研究。
[Aims] This article aims to search for novel pyrazolecarboxamides containing phenylpyrazole moieties with high insecticidal activity and then to carry out structural optimization. [Methods] A series of pyrazolecarboxamides containing phenylpyrazole moieties were designed and synthesized. [Results] 11 Novel pyrazolecarboxamides containing phenylpyrazole moieties were synthesized, their structures were confirmed by1 H NMR and elemental analysis. [Conclusions] The insecticidal activities of target compounds against oriental armyworm(Mythimna separata)and diamondback moth(Plutella xylostella) indicated that some of the compounds showed good insecticidal activities.
