吡蚜酮原药在玉米油中的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]建立玉米油中吡蚜酮原药的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法,测定其均一性和稳定性。[方法]以乙腈-0.2 g/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(体积比10:90)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,使用Angilent Extend C_(18)色谱柱,紫外检测,波长250 nm,柱温35℃。[结果]低中高质量浓度的玉米油制剂样品平均回收率分别为111.7%、110.0%和90.0%。精密度分别为2.0%、2.0%和3.3%。线性相关系数大于0.999。配制的低高剂量的玉米油给药制剂的准确度分别为108.1%和97.1%。冰箱(2~8℃)储存4 d后准确度分别为90.3%和84.7%。[结论]该方法简单可靠、分离效果好,精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。玉米油给药制剂配制准确,冰箱(2~8℃)储存稳定达到4 d。 [Aims] A method was developed for the quantitative determination of pymetrozine TC in corn oil by HPLC,and the homogeneity and stability were determined. [Methods] The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.2 g/L monopotassium phosphate solution(10:90, by vol), and the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min. An Angilent Extend C_(18) column with column temperature of 35 ℃ and a UV detector were used at 250 nm. [Results] For the detection method of pymetrozine in corn oil, the recoveries for low, middle and high concentration samples were 111.7, 110.0 and 90.0%, the precisions were2.0, 2.0 and 3.3%, respectively, and linear correlation coefficients were above 0.999. The accuracies of low and high concentration formulations in corn oil were 108.1 and 97.1%, when the formulations were stored in refrigerator under 2-8 ℃for 4 days, the accuracies were 90.3 and 84.7%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple,reliable, good separation, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations. The dose formulations of corn oil were prepared correctly and the stability period was 4 days under 2-8 ℃.
