蜂毒明肽对重症急性胰腺炎合并肾损伤大鼠肾功能的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨蜂毒明肽对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)合并肾损伤大鼠肾功能的影响。方法将32只SD大鼠分为假手术组(SO组)、SAP组、蜂毒明肽组(Apamin组)、溶剂对照组(DMSO组)各8只。采用胆胰管逆行注射牛黄胆酸钠构建重症急性胰腺炎大鼠模型,其中并对Apamin组大鼠应用蜂毒明肽进行干预,测定术后12 h各组大鼠的血清淀粉酶,脂肪酶及血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,并观察大鼠胰腺及肾脏病理改变。结果 Apamin组及SAP组的淀粉酶、Scr、BUN、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平以及胰腺及肾脏病理评分均高于SO组(P<0.05),Apamin组的以上指标均低于SAP(P<0.05)。结论蜂毒明肽能够减轻SAP所致的炎症反应进而缓解其引发的肾损伤。 Objective To explore the effect of apamin on the renal function in rats with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) combined with renal injury. Methods Thirty-two SD rats were divided into sham-operation group ( SO group), SAP group, apamin group ( Apamin group) and solvent-control group( DMSO group), with 8 rats for each group. Retrograde cholangiopancreatic duct injection with sodium taurocholate was used to establish the rat models of severe acute pancreatitis. And the rats in the Apamin group were intervened with apamin. At 12 hours after operation,the levels of serum amylase, lipase, serum creatinine( Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) ,interleukin-1 β( IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were detected in all groups. Pancreas and renal histopathological changes of the rats were observed. Results Compared to OS group,Apamin group and SAP group had higer levels of amylase,Scr,BUN,TNF-α,IL-1β, IL-6,pancreas and renal histopathological scores (P 〈 0.05 ). And these indices of Apamin group were lower than those of SAP group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Apamin may alleviate renal injury by reducing SAP-induced inflammatory responses.
