摘要
分布式电源的接入改变了传统配电网的结构与特性,降低了传统继电保护技术的适用性。本文分析了分布式电源接入对于配电网保护的影响,对含分布式电源的配电网进行了分区,以采用有针对性的保护方案。随后基于馈线自动化(Feed Automation,FA)系统设计了兼容分布式电源的保护方案。最后,对保护动作后形成的含分布式电源的计划内孤岛内故障的切除方案进行了设计。并通过仿真算例验证了相应的保护方案的有效性。
The distributed power access has changed the structure and characteristics of the traditional distribution network,and reduce the applicability of traditional relay protection techniques. This paper analyzes the influence of the distributed power supply on the protection of the distribution network. The protection scheme is proposed based on the partition of the distribution network with distributed power supply. Then compatible protection scheme of distributed power is designed with the feeder automation system.Finally, a scheme for the fault removal in the intentional island is proposed, its validity is verified by simulation.
