摘要
水下电视作为核电站大修期间的一种常用状态检测设备,其必须保证工作期间玻璃窗的通透性。设计并实现一种实时温湿度测量系统,用于监测密封腔的温湿度,可有效防止玻璃窗起雾现象。系统以C8051F单片机为核心,采用传感器SHT25实现温湿度获取,通过电流环模块进行数据传送,并在LCD上显示结果。试验表明,系统具有运行可靠、数据稳定和体积小等优点,可实现温湿度监测。
Underwater TV is a common inspection device in nuclear power plant during shutting down the reactor. To prevent glass window from fogging, a real-time temperature and relative humidity measuring system is designed and realized to realtime detect states of the device. A kind of temperature and relative humidity measuring equipment with time function is designed and realized. The system selects C8051 F as its central controller, adopts SHT25 sensor to detect temperature and relative humidity data, transmits data through the current loop module, and displays the measuring data on the LCD. The results given by experiment show that the system is reliable, stability, and small in volume.
