摘要
为实现对口径小、液位深环境下液体高度的测量,对传统电容液位测量方法进行数字化、智能化改进,设计了一种基于回旋磁场的智能液体高度测量仪。对测量原理与电路进行了分析设计,并采用单片机对测量电路输出的脉冲信号进行处理,根据脉冲宽度计算得到液位高度,并通过软件显示出来。测试数据表明,该测量仪的测量误差在1 mm以内,且操作简单,符合设计要求。
In order to achieve to measure the height of liquid under the environment of the small diameter and deepliquidlevel,the traditional capacitive liquid level measurement was improved with digitize and intellectualized characteristics. A magnetic field intelligent liquid level measuring instrument based on cyclotron magnetic field was designed. A SCM is used to process the pulse signal from the measurement circuit. The liquid height is calculated according to the pulse width and is showed by the software. The experiment shows that the measurement error of the instrument is within 1mm. This test system has good performance and achieves the design requirements.
