摘要
本文介绍了剑川镍火法冶炼系统高铁炉渣,采用转底炉直接还原一磨选工艺提取铁、镍等有价金属扩大试验的基本情况。分析了炉渣中有价金属主要物质组成,通过对炉渣破碎预处理,与还原煤、石灰石、粘结剂、添加剂的合理配料混合;物料经制团、干燥,由布料机加入转底炉内,经过加温、还原、冷却后由螺旋出料将高温金属化球团排出炉外;为防止高温金属化球团的再氧化,进行高温水淬、磨选,得到磁选铁精矿产品和二次渣;试验研究结果表明:可以实现铁精矿含铁88%以上,并使铁的回收率稳定在80%以上的目标。
The Basic situation of expanding experiment on recovery of iron and nickel from high iron slag of Jinchuan nickel systern by direct reduction of the bottom furnace magnetic separation is introduced. After the main components of the metal in slag are analyzed, pretreatment crushing slag, and reducing coal, limestone, binder, additive are mixed; materials by business group, drying are heated, reduced, ccoled in the bottom furnace. In order to preventing high temperature metal pellets reoxidation, high temperature water quenching and grinding are taken. The test ean achieve the iron concentrate and the second slag. That the iron eoncentrate contai ning iron is over 88% and iron in settlement slag dimet yield is 80% earl be obtained.
