摘要
本文概要介绍了40万吨/a双闪冶炼项目背景及其控制系统规模和要求,以横河CENTUM、VP DCS控制系统为例,从网络架构、系统软硬件平台、系统供电、系统接地、应用软件等方面详述了该项目的自动化控制系统的集成设计。本系统于2013年10月投运以来,运行稳定。实践证明双闪冶炼自动化控制系统的集成设计是完全可行、可靠的,完全满足双闪冶炼生产系统的要求。
This paper briefly described the background and control system scope necessary of 400000 tens per year Double Flash smelting project With Henghe CENTUM VP DCS control system as an example, From the network architecture, system software and hardware platform, system power supply, grounding system and application scftwaretc, It described the integrated antenmtion control system design of this project. The system has put into opezation since Octeber of 2013, and running stable. The practice shows that in- tergmfion design d automation control system in Double Flash smelting is Feasible and reliable. It Fully meets the double flash smelting production system requirements.
