阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响及对策研究

Research of influence and countermeasure of vaginal discharge on clinical urine routine examination result

目的探究阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响以及对策。方法 60例需要进行尿常规检查的妇科疾病患者,按照随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规尿液采集的方式进行检查,观察组则在阻止患者阴道分泌物流出后进行尿液采集检查。分别比较两组患者的白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞和蛋白质的检出率。结果观察组的白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞和蛋白质的检出率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物会对尿常规临床检查结果造成影响,为了保证尿常规检查的准确性,应做好防止患者阴道分泌物流出的措施。

Objective To investigate influence and countermeasure of vaginal discharge on clinical urine routine examination result. Methods A total of 60 patients with gynecological disease needing urine routine examination were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional urine collection method, and the observation group received urine collection in prevention of vaginal discharge. Detection rates of leukocyte, erythrocyte, epithelial cellm and protein were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had all higher detection rates of leukocyte, erythrocyte, epithelial cellm and protein than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urine routine examination result may be influenced by vaginal discharge. Therefore prevention of vaginal discharge is necessary for ensuring accuracy of urine routine examination.
