膝关节半月板损伤的核磁共振诊断价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨核磁共振成像在膝关节半月板损伤中的临床诊断效果。方法 40例膝关节半月板损伤患者均采用传统CT检查和高磁场核磁共振检查,比较两种诊断方法准确率。结果核磁共振检查中12例韧带损伤,9例半月板损伤,11例关节腔积液,8例骨质改变,准确率为100.0%,CT检查中10例韧带损伤,7例半月板损伤,9例关节腔积液,7例骨质改变,诊断准确率为82.5%,两种检查方法准确率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节半月板损伤患者采用高磁场核磁共振检查效果理想,能够提高确诊率,为患者后续治疗提供了准确的依据。
