摘要
根据煤矿安监人员的管理经验,提出煤矿协同互补安监方式,并运用划分责任区域法、隐患级别法和数量比较法以及榜样激励法等解决煤矿协同互补安监模式中出现的责任分散效应,以此来成倍提升整个工作面安全系数。
According to the coal mine safety supervision personnel management experience proposed coal synergistic and complementary safety supervision mode, and the use of regional division of responsibilities method, risk level and the number of comparison and example inspired method to solve the coal synergistic and complementary responsibility of safety supervision mode dispersion effect, in order to increase exponentially with the safety coefficient.
