摘要
在提高土地利用率、推行存量开发已是业内共识的情况下,城市土地的集约化利用似乎成为衡量一个项目开发优劣的标准。本文以重庆轨道交通2号线李子坝站为例,试图通过评价其"宅站共建"的应用可行性,来探讨当下城市空间诉求紧迫的局面下,如何依托轨道交通站点对其周边城市空间进行开发。
Increasing land use efficiency and pursuing the stock of development has been a consensus,in this case,utilizing the land resources intensively seems to be a standard to evaluate a project development.This paper takes the line 2 of Chongqing urban mass transit as an example,trying to discuss the different orientated development of the urban space around the station under the situation of the urgent appeal for urban space,by judging application feasibility of jonit-built of urban rail transit station residence.
