针对品种审定制度存在的弊端和种子市场化发展,提出改进品种审定制度的建议,为种子行业的持续发展提供制度上的保障。
Aiming at the drawbacks of the seed variety approval system and market development, the improvement suggestions of variety approval system were put forward, so as to provide the system guarantee for the sustainable development of seed industry.
