摘要
继2003年之后,有关长期咀嚼槟榔是否致癌的争论再次掀起,又一次引起了海南、湖南社会各界的高度关注。面对权威机构的结论、消费者的质疑,"槟榔致癌说"使槟榔产业陷入了信任危机的漩涡中。文章讨论了槟榔致癌说对槟榔产业的影响以及产生的原因分析,并就避免槟榔致癌说再次爆发而影响槟榔产业发展提出相关建议。
The debate about whether long-term chewing betel nut carcinogenic set off again, and once again aroused the attention of the community. In the face of authority conclusion, consumers questioned, ＂betel nut carcinogenic＂ make the betel nut industry into the vortex of the crisis of confidence.This paper discussed the influence of the carcinogenic of the nut on the nut industry and the analysis of the causes, and provided some suggestions to avoid the carcinogenic again broke out and influence betelnut industry development.
