论高校青年干部思想政治教育与学生思政工作有效融合

On the Effective Fusion of the Ideological and Political Education for University Young Cadres and the Ideological and Political Work for Students

加强高校青年干部思想政治教育是高校青年教育工作的重要内容。当前,高校青年干部思想政治教育工作现状仍需完善。本文从高校青年干部思想政治教育工作的现状思考入手,分析了高校青年干部思想政治教育与学生思政工作有效融合的可行性,最后给出了高校青年干部思想政治教育与学生思政工作有效融合的实施路径。

Strengthening the ideological and political education for young cadres of colleges and universities is an important content of youth education in colleges and universities. At present,the current situation of ideological and political education work of young cadres in colleges and universities still needs to be improved. Starting from the reflection on the current situation of the ideological and political education for university young cadres,this paper analyzes the feasibility of effectively integrating the ideological and political education for university young cadres and the ideological and political work for students, and finally puts forward ways to implement the integration.
