近年来未成年人犯罪率逐年上升,特别是基层中小学生犯罪现象尤为突出,加强和改进基层中小学生的法治教育己经刻不容缓。但是当前基层中小学对法治教育的地位还不明确,在教育主体、教育内容及教育方法方面也都存在问题,为实现基层中小学法治教育的有效性,必须明确法治教育的地位,加强法治教育的主体建设,改善教育内容和教育方法。

In recent years, juvenile crime is increasing year by year, especially in grassroots primary and secondary schools where the phenomenon is more prominent, so it is imperative to enhance and improve legal education in primary and secondary schools. But the position of legal education in the current grassroots primary and secondary schools is still not clear and there are some problems existing in the subject, content and methods of legal education. To realize the effectiveness of legal education in grassroots primary and secondary schools, we must clarify the position of legal education, enhance the subject construction of legal education and improve the content and methods of legal education.
