浅谈高校延长学制学生教育管理对策——以海南大学为例

A Brief Discussion on Countermeasures for the Education and Management of University Students with an Extended Length of Schooling: A Case Study on Hainan University

高校延长学制学生是近些年来高校扩招和进行学分制改革后形成的一批特殊群体。如何做好延长学制学生的教育管理工作,是高校学生管理的新课题,也是摆在高校教育工作者面前亟待解决的问题。本文从我校延长学制学生的降级原因及特点、降级生管理中凸显的问题等方面进行调查分析,提出了建议。

University students with an extended length of schooling are a special group resulting from the expansion of university enrollment and the credit system reform in recent years. How to educate and management these students is a new topic for university student manage, as well as an urgent problem to be solved by university educators. This paper investigates and analyzes the reasons and characteristics of the extended length of schooling and the problems existing in the management of these students,and also proposes corresponding suggestions.
