京津冀协同发展背景下河北就业创业体系建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of Employment and Entrepreneurship System in Hebei under the Background of Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

在京津冀协同发展的背景下,河北的教育体系需要从多层级、多角度把握全局,打造区域协同发展的就业创业一体化体系,以支撑河北的产业布局和产业转移对象调整,促进区域经济转型和产业升级,培养地方经济发展需要的人才。本文对于构建京津冀协同发展背景下的就业创业一体化体系的应用价值,改进创新人才培养模式、提升区域经济发展质量、促进"大众创业、万众创新"提出了自己的观点。

Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, we should grasp the overall situation of the education system of Hebei from multiple levels and angles and establish an integrated employment and entrepreneurship system based on regional coordinated development, so as to support the adjustment of industrial distribution and industrial transfer objects in Hebei, promote regional economic transformation and industrial upgrading, and cultivate talents needed by regional economic development. This paper proposes some personal views on the application value of establishing an integrated employment and entrepreneurship system under the background of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the improvement of innovative talents cultivation mode, the improvement of regional economic development quality, and the promotion of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂.
