涉外护理专业本科生的职业意向及就业方向研究

Study on Career Intention and Employment Direction of Foreign-related Nursing Undergraduates

调查涉外护理本科生职业意向、就业方向及影响因素。自制问卷对郑州大学西亚斯国际学院护理学院2011级到2014级129名涉外护理本科生的调查显示,其就业选择临床公立医院的占69.77%,90人。就业选择影响因素中,社会因素占比最大,主要有医疗机构提供的待遇、社会对高端护理人才的需求及社会舆论等。本研究使涉外护理本科生深入全面了解未来就业方向及影响因素,社会相关部门了解涉外护理本科毕业生选择就业单位的缘由。

The investigation is working on researching the career intention, employment direction and their influencing factors of the nursing undergraduates in the field. We delivered the self-made questionnaires to the 129 nursing undergraduates in the field of Nursing School of Sias International University from2011 to 2014. According to the survey result, ninety nursing trainees who are accounted for 69.77% choose the clinical public hospitals as their employment intention in nursing trainees. For the factors influencing employment selection, social factor accounts for the largest proportion. By means of the investigation and research, the nursing undergraduates will have a more comprehensive understanding of employment direction and its influencing factors in the future. It also makes the relevant departments of the society understand the reasons for the employment units which the nursing undergraduates select.
