摘要
笔者通过采访15位教学优秀的大学教师发现:大学优秀教师的有效教学活动包括教师多层面的认真投入、踏实地实践其教学理念、重视高等教育与产学研联结、周全地制定教学规划、根据学生特点调整教学活动与学习辅导、教学后的省思调整等。
The author interviewed 15 outstanding teachers, and found: that effective instructional activities include teachers' commitment during the instructional process, such as serious but practical teaching beliefs, paying attention to the relationship between higher education and social development, taking into consideration instructional design during preparatory stage, regulating one's teaching activity and guidance strategy in accordance with students' characteristics, and post-instructing self-reflection and so on.
