摘要
随着外籍教师队伍不断扩大的同时,外籍教师流动性大的问题一直是高等学校在外籍教师管理过程中的主要难题。本文以南京大学金陵学院外籍教师为研究对象,通过数据分析外籍教师基本信息和访谈的方式,得出影响外籍教师任职稳定的主要因素,揭示稳定外籍教师的共性特点。
With a growing number of foreign teachers in Chinese universities, their mobility has been one of the main problems in the management of foreign teachers in colleges and universities.This paper, based on an analysis of resumes of foreign teachers in Jinling College of Nanjing University and an interview with some of them, points out the effect of the main factors on university foreign teachers' stability and then reveals the common characteristics of stable foreign teachers.
