摘要
目的:探讨分析递进式教学方法在神经外科临床见习的教学效果。方法:选取120名本年度在我院神经外科转科实习的实习生作为研究对象,选用不同的带教方法,对比观察两组学生的实习效果。结果:观察组学生的实习效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组责任心强、积极性高、计划性强、沟通能力强,对带教老师教学方法满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:递进式教学方法在神经外科带教中取得良好的成效,可有效地提高临床带教水平,适于临床教学的推广和普及。
Objective: To explore the teaching effect of progressive teaching method in neurosurgery clinical internship. Method: 120 interns in department of neurosurgery of our hospital were selected as the research object, and different teaching methods were used for them, and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The internship effect of the observation group is significantly better than that of the control group(P〈0.05); the interns of the observation group have a strong sense of responsibility, as well as high motivation, strict plans and good communication ability, and their satisfaction to the responsible teachers is significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Progressive teaching method has achieved favorable effect in neurosurgery teaching, and can effectively improve the level of clinical teaching, so it is worthy of promotion and popularization in clinical teaching.
