成长需求视角下高中毕业生选择大学专业的影响因素探析——以西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生为例

Exploration on Factors Influencing Senior High School Graduates' Choice of University Majors from the Perspective of Growth Needs: A Case Study on Senior High School Graduates in Minority Nationality Regions of Southwest Borderland

西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生长期受经济、文化、教育落后等多种因素的影响,填报高考志愿选择大学专业具有自身的特殊性,本文通过对西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生开展问卷调查以及对高中毕业生家长和班主任进行访谈的方式,了解西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生在选择大学专业时的主要影响因素,并在此基础上提出符合西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生成长需求的大学专业选择对策,以期能为西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生选择满足其成长需求的大学专业提供参考。

Affected by long-time economic, cultural and educational backwardness, senior high school graduates in minority nationality regions of southwest borderland have their own particularities when choosing university majors. Through questionnaires on the graduates and interviews on their parents and head teachers, this paper intends to learn about the main factors influencing their choices of university majors and propose corresponding countermeasures suitable for their growth needs, hoping to provide a reference for the graduates in choosing university majors that can meet their growth needs.
