浅谈4G信息技术背景下县域教育共同体构建新趋势

A Brief Discussion on the New Trend of County-level Education Community Construction under the Background of 4G Information Technology

构建并发展县域教育共同体是促进县域教育均衡发展和实现教育公平的必由之路,需要走与信息技术结合的道路。信息技术具有强化教育共同体的融合、强化教育资源的整合等方面的绝对优势,本文意在研究苏南发达地区县域范围内,包括学校管理、师资队伍、课堂教学等方面的基础教育核心智力资源在一线学校间的整合优化与合理配置。通过4G信息技术背景下,县域范围内教育管理水平的整体提升与优质教育资源的共建共享,缩小县域教育水平的差距,为尽可能多的人提供尽可能好的基础教育,实现基础教育的内涵式高位均衡发展。

To construct and develop county-level education community is an inevitable way to promote the balanced development of county-level education and realize education equity, while a way combining with information technology should be taken, as information technology can enhance the integration of education community and strengthen the integration of education resources.This paper aims to research the integration, optimization and rational distribution of the core of intellectual resources of elementary education, including school management, teaching staff,classroom teaching and so on, at the county level in the developed regions of southern Jiangsu. Through the overall improvement of county-level education management and the co-construction and sharing of excellent education resources under the background of4 G information technology, the gap of education between different counties will be narrowed, and better basic education will be provided for more people. This will help realize the quality-based,high-level and balanced development of basic education.
