2011-2013年四川省公共卫生网络舆情分析

Research on Online Public Opinion on Public Health in Sichuan Province

目的了解2011-2013年全国与四川省公共卫生网络舆情分布与趋势。方法用描述性研究方法对2011-2013年全国与四川省公共卫生网络舆情系统按时间分布和种类分布的特征进行阐述。结果 2011-2013年,系统共收集网络舆情66 941条,四川省内舆情7 767条。全国范围内关注度较高的舆情事件为传染病事件、环境因素事件和服药事件;四川省内关注较高的是食品安全事件、传染病事件和预防接种事件。舆情高峰出现的月份全国和四川基本保持一致(2011年除外)。结论全国范围与四川舆情关注程度(以舆情数量排名)不同,全国范围食品安全事件关注度逐年下降;四川省内预防接种事件关注度逐年上升。

Objective To understand distribution and development trend of the online public opinion in China and Sichuan province from year 2011 to 2013. Methods Data of the online opinion in China and Sichuan province were collected from the system and were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 66 941 national on-line opinions were collected during 2011 to 2013 and 7767 in Siehuan province. In the national range, the national top 3 events that attracted the most attention were infectious disease, environmental events and drug - taking events, and in Sichuan province, they were food safety, infectious disease and vaccination event in- stead. The time trend of monthly online public opinion amount showed high similarity in the first half of the year except year 2011. Conclusion The distribution of online public opinion in Sichuan province is different to the national range. In national range, a declining trend exhibited in food safety, while an upward trend exhib- ited in vaccination event in Sichuan province.
