固化方式对磷酸盐有机/无机复合铸造粘结剂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 硼改性铝磷酸盐与聚乙烯醇PVA复合的有机/无机铸造粘结剂作为造型材料时不仅改善了磷酸盐型砂的吸湿性,同时大大提高了型砂固化后的脱模初强度。讨论了烘干法和吹热空气法两种不同的固化方法对磷酸盐砂强度的影响,在相同的固化时间和温度下,吹热空气法固化后试样比烘干法具有更高的强度。设计正交试验时,选取吹气压力,吹气时间和吹气温度作为吹热空气法的三个因素。试验结果表明,吹气温度和吹气时间是影响较大的因素,吹气压力的影响最小。最优的热空气固化工艺参数是热风温度160℃,吹气时间60 s,吹气压力0.5 MPa。 When the organic/inorganic composite binder of boron-modified aluminum phosphate and PVA is used as the casting modeling material,it does not only improve the resistance to moisture absorption of phosphate sand, but also enhances the early demolding strength of cured molding sand greatly. The impacts of blowing hot air drying method and electric furnace curing method on phosphate sand strength were discussed. The samples cured by using blowing hot air method had higher strength compared samples cured by using electric furnace method at the same curing time and temperature. In orthogonal experiment, blowing pressure, blowing time and blowing temperature were selected as three factors of blowing hot air method.The test results show that blowing temperature and blowing time are the major influence factors, and effect of blowing pressure is minimum. The optimal curing process parameters of blowing hot air method are hot air temperature 160 ℃,blowing time 60 s and blowing pressure 0.5 MPa.
