摘要 运用软件Pro CAST软件对主体材料为铸钢且裂解材料为铸铁的双金属连杆熔模铸造过程进行了优化模拟。结果表明,当浇注方式采用顶注式时在浇口杯、连杆主体、冒口处易产生缩松、缩孔缺陷,影响产品质量;改进铸造方案,浇注方式采用侧注式,缩松、缩孔缺陷仅在直浇道处产生。在实际生产中通过切割直浇道来去除缺陷部分而得到理想的双金属连杆。 The investment casting process of the bimetallic cracking connecting rod(the main material was cast steel, and cracking material was cast iron)was simulated by using software Pro CAST. The results show that when using the top casting way, the shrinkage porosity and hole defects are easily produced in the pouring cup, the body of the connecting rod and the riser, which influence the quality of the product; by improvement of casting scheme, the shrinkage porosity and hole defects only occurs in the sprue when using the side casting way. The ideal bimetallic connecting rod can be gotten by cutting the sprue to dislodge the defect in the actual production
