摘要
为了解决某油缸导向套在锻造中填充率较低、成形载荷较高的问题,基于Matlab软件和数值模拟,建立了参数变量(锻造温度、压机速度、飞边槽桥部高度和宽度)与目标函数(填充率、成形载荷)之间的数学模型。通过优化得到了最佳参数组合:锻造温度1150℃、压机速度80 mm/s,桥部高度2 mm,桥部宽度10 mm。试验结果表明该方法是可行的。
In order to solve the problems of low filling rate and high forming load for a cylinder guide sleeve in forging process, the mathematical model between parameter variables( forging temperature, press speed, the height and width of flash slot bridge) and the objective functions( filling rate and forming load) was built based on the Matlab software and numerical simulation. Through the optimization, the best combination of parameters are the forging temperature of 1150 ℃, the press speed of 80 mm/s, the bridge height of 2mm and bridge width of 10 mm. The experimental results indicate that this method is feasible.
