摘要 悬挂式点焊机是汽车焊装工艺的主要设备之一。为提高其焊接质量和利用效率,实时监测点焊机工作状态,设计了一套基于Zig Bee无线网络的焊机监测系统。系统以MSP430F149微控制器和CC2530射频芯片为核心器件,采用罗氏线圈变送器及外围电路实现焊接电流和次数的检测;使用Z-Stack协议栈完成了节点软件的开发;开发基于组态王平台的上位机监测系统软件并设计了上位机与汇聚节点间的通信协议。系统测试表明,节点安装高度为2.5 m时的可靠的通信距离为60 m;该系统能实时、准确地对焊接参数进行监测,具有较高的可靠性和扩展性,满足悬挂焊接生产环境的应用需求。 Hanging spot welder is a main equipment of automotive welding process. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of hanging spot welder, and real-time monitoring of spot welder work status, a welding parameter monitoring system for hanging spot welder based on Zig Bee was designed. The system used Micro-controller MSP430F149 and CC2530 RF chip as core device, and combined the Rogowski coil transducer with peripheral circuit to detect the welding current and frequency. The node software development was completed by using Z-Stack protocol Stack. PC software of monitoring system was developed based on Kingview and the communication protocol between PC and sink node was designed. The results show that the reliable distance is 60 m when the node installation height is 2.5 m. The system has great reliability and extensibility, which can be used to monitor the welding parameters in real-time accuratcy. The system can meet the need of application of hanging welding production environment.
