摘要
以Q235钢为母材,使用脉冲燃烧型焊条进行手工自蔓延立焊试验,观测了焊弧长度对熔敷效果、熔深和接头拉伸强度的影响,并通过高速摄影观察了焊弧长度增加时焊弧的变化规律。结果表明,当焊弧长度小于3 mm时,焊接母材极易被烧穿,基本不能形成有效焊道;当焊弧长度大于3 mm时,随着焊弧长度增加,熔池熔深减小,焊道力学性能减弱。试验确定应用脉冲燃烧型焊条焊接时的最佳焊弧长度约为3 mm。
The base metal of Q235 was welded by manual self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) vertical weld with pulse combustion welding rod. The effects of welding arc length on the cladding effect, depth of weld pool and tensile strength of the welded joints were observed. The variation of arc welding was observed with the welding arc length increasing by continuous high-speed camera photograph. The results show that when the welding arc length is less than 3mm,the welding base metal is extremely easy to be burned through, and the effective weld is not formed. When the welding arc is greater than 3mm, the depth of weld pool decreases with welding arc length increasing. The mechanical properties of the weld seam weaken. The best welding arc length is about 3mm when using pulse combustion welding rod welding.
