摘要
通过宏观检验、金相检验、断口分析、能谱分析等分析手段,对超超临界锅炉水冷壁补焊区失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,失效原因来自于焊接工艺和锅炉运行两方面,并提出了合理的改进措施。
By macroscopic inspection, metallographic observation, fracture analysis and EDS analysis, the failure of welding zone in water-cooled wall pipes of ultra supercritical boiler was analyzed. The results show that the main reasons for the failure are caused by two sides: welding technology and boiler operation. The relative improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of the failure are proposed.
