基于物联网矿井瓦斯动态监测与预警系统设计 被引量:15

摘要 在矿井中布置瓦斯气体传感器与温湿度传感器感知环境状况,建立无线传感器网络,嵌入式网关实时处理数据,地面监控中心监测矿井瓦斯浓度并预警。规划设计了井下无线传感器网络,完成终端节点控制器CC2530软硬件设计,协调器CC2530组网与无线数据封装、解析算法设计,地面监控中心图形化界面设计。经测试,达到了矿井瓦斯浓度监控的各项指标、无漏报,系统工作稳定,精度高,保障了煤矿安全生产。 Methane gas sensor arrangement with temperature and humidity sensors are assigned to perceive environmental conditions in the mine. The establishment of coordinators,wireless sensor networks are designed,and embedded gateway is designed to process data. The ground control center can real-timely monitor coal mine gas concentration and warn if it is out of order. The paper designs underground wireless sensor network system,completes software and hardware design for the terminal node controller CC2530,and also completes the CC2530 coordinator networking,wireless data encapsulation. and algorithm design. The graphical interface of ground control center is also designed. By testing,the indicators reache mine gas concentration monitoring,no omission,the system is stable,high precision,protect the coal mine production safety.
