中药学综合实践技能教学中心的建设与实践

Construction of Comprehensive Practical Skill Teaching Center for Chinese Medicine

实验技能教学中心是进行创新性人才培养、实验教学的重要场所,在管理体制、运行模式、实验设备、内容和观念上均起着重要的示范作用。中心在建设过程中,需要结合自身特点设定其功能与作用。如何加强实验教学示范中心的建设并发挥作用,是实验室管理者需要认真思考的问题。结合我校中药学综合实践技能教学中心的具体实践,阐述了其在建设过程中凝练的"整体中药、实践创新"实验教学理念,以"社会需求"为导向的培养方案,及以"实践创新"为目标进行的教学改革等内容,对建设中药学综合实践技能教学中心进行了有益的探索和实践创新,为深化教学改革和提高实验教学质量发挥了重要作用。不断推进示范中心在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务中的引领作用。

As an important place of experimental teaching for cultivating innovative talents,the experimental teaching demonstration center plays an exemplary role in management system,operation pattern,laboratory equipment,content and ideas. Its construction should be in line with its characteristics and fit its function and role. Administrators should think about how to build and use it. The paper explained the condensed experimental teaching concept that ＂ the whole medicine,practice and innovation＂ in the process of construction of the center. The center studied the specific practice of comprehensive practical skills combined with the of traditional Chinese pharmacology in our school. It showed the leading function of the center in ＂ social demand＂ and the reform in education.
