摘要 论述物流人才的社会需求、物流工程专业人才实践教学环节的重要性和物流工程专业人才培养需要解决的问题。以浙江工业大学物流工程本科专业为例,针对如何面向区域经济发展培养物流工程专业特色人才,提出基于工程实践的物流工程专业实验教学体系的改革:在物流工程专业实验室构建、物流工程专业实验室和工程环境的营造。对物流工程实验教学方案进行了一系列的改革。满足我校物流工程专业和相关专业的本科生和研究生的教学需要,并为杭州、嘉兴、湖州等区域经济作出贡献,成功申报浙江省"十二五"普通本科高校新兴特色专业。 This article analyzes the social needs for logistics talents,the importance of the practice teaching,and the problems in fostering professional talents. This article takes the logistics engineering specialty in Zhejiang University of Technology as an example. In order to foster the professional talent to meet the development of regional economy,we put forward the reform of experiment teaching system. This reform consists of the construction of professional logistics engineering lab,the environment for experiment,and the improvement of experimental teaching scheme. This reform meets with the teaching need for relevant students,makes the contribution to the economy development of Hangzhou,Jiaxing,Huzhou,and the course declares successfully the Zhejiang Province ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities " 1025" emerging specialty.
