Speeding up Cultivation of Application-oriented Talents in Local Universities Relying on Innovation Base

地方高校在培养学生创新精神、工程意识、动手能力和创业能力方面做了许多探讨和研究,特别是创新基地建设取得了一定的成效,但在整体上创新创业实践的开展还存在着诸多问题。本文通过分析现阶段地方高校普遍存在的问题,从加快大学生的工程意识和提高创新创业能力角度出发,阐述了地方高校创新创业基地建设的几点做法,目的是为培养学生的工程素质、创新实践能力及应用型人才培养提供参考,并奠定良好的理论和实践基础,以加快地方高校应用型人才培养。

There were lots discussion and research for local colleges to train students ＇ innovative spirit,engineering consciousness,practical ability and entrepreneurial ability. The innovation base construction has achieved some success,but the whole the development of innovative business practices still exist many problems. This article analyzes widespread problems existed in present local colleges,in order to speed up the students＇ engineering consciousness and improve the ability of innovative entrepreneurial perspective. It expounds the procedure of innovative entrepreneurial base construction in local colleges,aims to cultivate the students＇ engineering quality,innovative practice ability,and provides reference for applied talents training. The study lays a good foundation of theory and practice.
