摘要
结合旱区农业水土工程教育部重点实验室建设,介绍和分析了科研实验室深度参与本科实验教学、本科毕业论文指导、科研指导与训练,参与"大学生创新创业训练项目"等方面形成的模式和经验。经多年探索与实践,科研实验室已成为本科人才培养的重要平台,考研录取率、承担本科生科创项目、发表论文、获批专利、本科毕业论文优秀率等方面均有大幅度增加,对提高学生科研创新能力成效显著。只有进一步利用科研实验室的优势资源,提高参与本科人才培养的深度和广度,才能在本科生创新性人才培养及实验教学质量的提升方面发挥更大作用。
Research laboratories involved in undergraduate teaching is an inevitable choice to improve the quality of undergraduate education. It is important for research laboratories to participate fully in undergraduate training model,and to improve students' innovative ability. Taking the Key Laboratory of Agricultural Soil and Water Engineering in Arid and Semiarid Areas,Ministry of Education,Northwest A F University as an example,the models and experience of the research laboratory to participate deeply in undergraduate teaching,graduation thesis of undergraduate research guidance,research guidance and training and " college students innovation training project " are introduced in this paper. Through the exploration and practice for many years,the scientific research laboratory has become an important platform of the undergraduate education. Postgraduate admission rate,undergraduate innovation projects,papers,granted patents,the excellent rate of undergraduate thesis have increased by a big margin. It has improved the students' innovation ability of scientific research with remarkable results. Only to further utilize the advanced resources of research laboratories,and to improve the depth and breadth of participation in undergraduate training,can make the laboratory play a greater role in the cultivation of innovative talents and improve the quality of experiment teaching.
