新形势下军队院校实验室管理模式与运行机制探究

Exploration on the Management and Operation Mechanism of Laboratories in Military Academies Under New Situation

围绕军队院校实验管理模式和运行机制这一主题,分析了新形势下实验室管理与运行的特点、管理模式和运行机制存在的问题。从理顺实验室管理体制、健全规章制度,加强实验室人员、设备和安全管理,重视实验室人才队伍建设,加大实验经费的投入和管理力度,加大实验室开放力度、提高实验室利用率和使用效益,充分利用实验室综合管理系统等6个方面,提出了新形势下改进和完善军队院校实验室管理模式和运行机制的思路和途径。

The college education of military academies pays more attention to the actual combat,makes closer to the army,in order to nurture military talents with high quality. Under this circumstance of education reform,it is worth exploring on how to manage the work in laboratories further. This study focuses on the management and operation mechanism of laboratories in military academies,analyses the issues on characteristics,management and operation mechanism in laboratories under new situation. Based on the above analysis,the ideas and approaches of the promotion of the management and operation mechanism of laboratories in military academies are put forward on six aspects,including the improvement of management system and regulations of laboratory,the management of the laboratory personnel,equipments and safety,the team construction of laboratory talents,investment funds of the laboratory,the quality of service,utilization and efficiency of the laboratory,as well as the integrated management system of the laboratory,etc.
