摘要 在对生物过程与药物改性实验示范中心及同类实验室的设备/技术共享体系现状分析的基础上,提出了生物技术类专业实验室如何提高设备和技术共享水平的考量与尝试措施。包括:1编辑本"示范中心"的技术手册;2手册内容除介绍技术的原理和所用的设备外,还包括设备的存放房间、技术负责人、常见问题等,使手册的内容相当"丰富";3技术体系在研究生班上进行宣讲;4网上介绍。这些措施不但方便了学生对所在的实验室内的众多实验内在技术与设备的了解、应用,同时也实现了"以技术体系共享带动、促进设备共享;以设备共享带动设备管理和提高使用效率"的实验室建设理念。 Analyzing the current status of use of instruments and techniques based on the general laboratory of university was helpful to improve the sharing level. The present paper gave some suggestions and measurements for improving the sharing level of instruments and techniques of bio-technology laboratory based on the analysis of the tendency of management and sharing level of the valuable equipments and large scale instruments in State Key Laboratory and Province Key Laboratory and Centre of Bioprocess and Medicine Transformation( Centre for short) in Beijing Institute of Technology and other likely laboratory. The measurements included that: ① A handbook of the main technique used in the "Centre"was edited. ② The handbook had contents of principles and instruments of every technique,room for placing,principals for the instruments and questions frequently asked and so on. ③ The"handbook"was propagandized in class of graduate students and demonstrated how to use the handbook. ④ The handbook could be uploaded in the webpage of the "Centre". These opinions and attempts not only have aids of understanding and using these techniques and instruments for the graduates,but also benefit for realizing the development idea of laboratory. It realized that "The sharing of techniques promotes and improves the sharing of equipments,the sharing of equipments enhances the management of equipments and increases the using efficiency".
