摘要 小鼠显微外科血管插管手术模型是一种用途广泛的实验研究模型,与体外细胞实验相比,更接近人体的实际状况。但在动物模型制作与使用过程中,应充分考虑实验动物的福利伦理,决不可因为动物实验的不可替代性而忽视动物的福利伦理。该文就制作与使用该模型实验过程中,如何使小鼠享有充分的福利伦理关怀进行了阐述,目的是促进动物实验福利伦理的改善,以便更好地推动小鼠血管插管显微外科手术模型在生物医学中的正确应用。 Microsurgical vascular catheterization is a widely used experimental mouse model in biomedical research. It is much closer to the actual human conditions than the in vitro experiments. However,during preparation and application of this animal model,ethical welfare concerns should be fully taken into consideration. In this paper,how to ensure the animals to get full ethical welfare care during the preparation and application of the model is discussed. The aim of this paper includes improving animal ethical welfares and ensuring a proper application of microsurgical vascular catheter model in the biomedical field.
