摘要
高校实验室是供学生学习和实验室工作人员开展科学研究工作的场所。以人为本,构建适合生物类实验室安全管理体系是高校实验室安全管理长效机制的重要举措。根据SWOT分析思想,结合生物实验中心的实际情况,认真分析总结了生物类实验室在安全管理工作中的内外影响因素,在此基础上根据工作目标和可操作性,提出了相应的安全管理对策,包括安全管理制度的完善与监督执行,日常教学和科研工作中的安全环保教育,与网络化和可视化相关的基础设施建设等,并在实际工作中具体实施。研究结果可为生物实验中心的科学化、制度化和人性化管理提供参考。
The university laboratory is the facility in which students and scientific researchers study. Establishing a safety management system based on the ＂ people-oriented principle＂ appropriate for biological researchers is an important initiative for long-term effective safety assurance of university laboratories. Using the SWOT approach,considering the practical situations of the biology experiential center,this paper analyzed and summarized both the endogenous and exogenous influences of safety management for biology laboratories. This paper also proposed corresponding safety management strategies which are in line with the practical situations. These strategies include the continuous improvement,execution and supervision of the safety management procedures,safety and environmental protection education in teaching and research,the construction of web-base and visualization-related infrastructure. The research results can provide reference for the scientific,institutionalized and people-oriented safety management for biology experimental centers.
