The Global Financial Governance:the Challenge,Objective and Reform——Research Report on Topics at the G20 in 2016

当前,全球金融治理面临着诸多挑战:全球金融治理结构不能反映世界经济格局的变化;对跨境资本流动缺乏有效应对措施;对金融危机的爆发缺乏有效的防范机制和应对手段。为此,有必要针对上述问题进行深层次的改革,以提高全球金融治理的有效性。一是增加新兴市场国家在全球金融治理中的代表权;二是建立应对资本跨境流动的有效机制;三是增加预防和应对金融危机的能力。

There are many challenges of the global financial governance：the structure of global financial governance can not reflect changes of world economy situation;the lack of effective measures for cross-border capital flows;the lack of effective prevention and coping mechanisms for financial crisis.Thus,there is a need for deeper reforms to these problems,to improve the effectiveness of the global financial governance.The first is to increase the representation of emerging market countries in the global financial governance.The second is to form an effective mechanism for cross-border capital flows.The third is to promote the ability to prevent and respond to the financial crisis.
