阿尔茨海默病及诊断学研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)从被发现到深入研究已经历了一个世纪,但由于缺乏疾病临床前期的诊断方法和有效的治疗手段,使其成为目前十大致死性疾病中唯一无法预防、治愈或延缓病程的疾病,它的危害已经作为全球性的公共卫生问题被提出。本文概述了AD的发病机制、诊断方法、治疗策略,并进一步阐述该疾病的研究进展和诊断学演变过程,以期为更好地统一早期诊断标准提供依据。
