摘要
采用丙酮氰醇与质量分数100%硫酸反应后得到的酰胺溶液与甲醇、水进行反应,生成甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),考察了反应配比、反应温度及反应时间对反应的影响。实验表明在n(甲醇)∶n(酰胺)=1.8∶1,n(水)∶n(酰胺)=2.0∶1,反应温度110~120℃,反应时间2h的工艺条件下,MMA产率最高。
The amide solution generated by acetone cyanohydrin and 100% sulfuric acid reacts with methanol and water to generate methyl methacrylate(MMA).We investigated the influence of the ratio of raw material,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction.The experiment results showed that,we get the highest MMA yield when the reaction condition is n(methanol)∶n(amide)= 1.8∶1,the n(water)∶n(amide liquid)= 2.0∶1,the reaction temperature 110~120℃ and reaction time 2h.
