摘要
利用实验室资质认定准则中内部质量控制方法之一,就分析一个样品不同特性结果的相关性,即采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪、气相色谱仪及元素分析仪对二丁基三硫化物及二辛基二硫化物进行定性定量分析,结果表明:气相色谱法面积归一化法与元素分析法具有较好的相关性。对不同特性检测结果的相关性研究表明,实验室定量检测数据具有较高的可靠性和有效性,从而证明实验室利用的质量控制方法有效。
One method of internal quality control methods in the laboratory accreditation standards is used,that is the correlation analysis of a sample of results for different characteristics,namely by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,gas chromatography for qualitative and quantitative analysis,and elemental analyzer of t dibutyl triulfide and dioctyl disulfide.The results showed that gas chromatography area the normalized method and element analysis method has good correlation.The research of the correlation of different characteristics showed that the laboratory test data has high reliability and validity,so it is proved that the quality control method is effective.
