摘要
采用随机对照方法观察三豆苡苓药膳对于改善单纯性肥胖人群体质的临床干预效果与安全性,筛选受试者109例,随机分为药膳组和对照组,药膳干预时间为12周,在干预第4、8、12周后分别进行观察数据测量与记录。结果显示:药膳组体重由(68.02±6.87)kg降至(65.58±6.71)kg,体质指数由(26.39±1.38)kg/m2降至(25.64±1.42)kg/m2,腰围由(91.86±7.51)cm降至(88.11±7.43)cm,臀围由(103.21±4.97)cm降至(99.03±5.18)cm,总胆固醇由(5.46±1.06)mmol/L降至(4.90±0.94)mmol/L,甘油三酯由(3.96±1.40)mmol/L降至(3.12±1.36)mmol/L。试验表明三豆苡苓药膳对单纯性肥胖干预效果良好,有助于单纯性肥胖人群减轻体重、改善体型,且暂无不良反应,对单纯性肥胖药膳标准方案建立有参考价值。
The effect and safety of san-dou-yi-ling diet' s clinical intervention were observed for improving the physique of people with simple obesity. 109 subjects were screened and randomly divided into diet group (DG) and control group (CG) to take part in a 12-week randomized controlled trial. Observation data were measured and recorded at 4th, 8th, and 12th week. The results showed that: DG' s weight decreased from (68. 02 ± 6.87 ) Kg to ( 65.58± 6.71 ) Kg, BMI decreased from ( 26.39± 1.38 ) Kg/M2 to ( 25.64 ± 1.42 ) Kg/ M2, waistline decreased from (91.86± 7.51 ) cm to ( 88.11 ± 7.43 ) cm, hipline decreased from ( 103.21 ±4. 97 ) cm to(99.03 ± 5.18 ) cm, TG decreased from (4.15±1.69 ) mmoL/L to ( 3.26 ± 1.53 ) mmol/L, TC decreased from (3.96 ± 1.40)mmol/L to (3.12 ± 1.36)mmol/L. These indicate that san-dou-yi-ling diet has a good effect on people with simple obesity, helping them lose weight and adverse reactions for the moment. The observation has a significant value ing of diets for people with simple obesity. reshape their body, and leading to no for establishing standardized processing of diets for people with simple obesity.
