Social Ethics Construction in Habermas' Discourse Democracy Theory

哈贝马斯被称为"当代的黑格尔",是西方马克思主义的代表人物。20世纪90年代,他在完成了其法哲学理论的阐释后,便关注于政治理论和政治实践,建立起一种新型的政治概念——"话语政治"。话语政治理论体系有其内在的社会伦理基础条件,即贯穿人类活动始终的交往行为首先体现在社会伦理范畴,而后上升为政治活动。交往行为与话语行为、交往理性与话语行为以及协商伦理与话语政治间的三大关系形成了哈贝马斯话语民主政治理论中的社会伦理建构。

Habermas,known as ＂contemporary Hegel＂,is one of the representative figures of Marxism in the West. After he finished his law philosophy theory in 1990 s,he started paying attention to political theory and practice and developed a new type of political concept —— ＂discourse politics＂. There is innate social ethical foundation in the system of discourse politics,that is,the communication behaviors,running through all human activities,first of all are embodied in the category of social ethics and then become political activities. Communication behavior and discourse behavior,communication ration and discourse behavior,and negotiation ethics and discourse politics,three basic relations,make the social ethics construction in Habermas＇ democratic politics theory.
